CLEANING UP AFTER THE HARVEST
Start by removing all tomato cages and supports in your garden.

Pull out all root balls of your existing vegetables Shake as much soil loose as possible.  Once all the vegetables have been removed, backfill with soil and manure.

Once the garden is cleaned up, take note of your success and plan for next summer.  Over the years I have learned that placement and position in a garden is just as important as how we maintain our gardens.
