Koji's Barbecue Ponzu Dipping Sauce

Koji's Barbecue Ponzu Dipping Sauce
One of my favorite restaurants in Washington, DC is Sushiko. The
atmosphere, details and tastes are out of this world. Sushiko's Head Chef
Koji Terano recently attended a photo shoot on a Federal project in which he
shared this recipe. Enjoy.


Koji's Barbecue Ponzu Dipping Sauce

2oz Fresh lemon juice
2oz Rice vinegar
4oz Soy Sauce
11/2tsp Water
1tsp Sugar
Optional
3oz Grated Daikon Radish
1oz Chopped Scallion
Dash of Chili Powder

Mix all basic ingredients into a bowl and chill over night. Add any optional
ingredients before serving. The sauce is great for grilled beef, pork,
chicken and veggies.
